Réparation et test Eshifter / Eshifter test and repair

Vous démontez votre eshifter et vous nous le faites parvenir. Votre eshifter passe ensuite les étapes suivantes :

• diagnostic (si votre eshifter est fonctionnel il vous sera renvoyé a vos frais et les frais de réparation seront remboursés)
• réparation si possible (9/10 sont réparables), dans le cas contraire vous serez remboursé.
• renouvellement de la protection étanche
• test de la réparation

La réparation est garantie 6 mois, une fois la commande passée, vous recevrez par email les instructions pour envoyer votre eshifter.

You remove the eshifter from your bike and send it to us, then the following happens :

• testing, if found functionnal we send it back, you only pay for shipping
• if repairable (90% of the time) we repair it otherwise you are refunded
• new waterproofing
• testing

The repair comes with a 6 month warranty, once you place the order, you will receive an email with instructions to send us your eshifter.
